Information for presenters

Oral presentations
All necessary audio/visual equipment will be provided by the organizers (i.e. microphones, headsets, beamer with HDMI and USB-C video inputs, notebook computer with Windows 11 and MS Office 2024).
If you want to use your own computer for your presentation, please make sure that the video output is either HDMI or USB-C (or bring an appropriate adapter). The German mains supply is 230 V AC, 50 Hz. The plug types are type F and C.

Timing of oral presentations
Keynote lecture:    50 min in total (40 min presentation + 10 min Q&A)  
Invited talk:         30 min in total (25 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)  
Contributed talk:   15 min in total (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
Important: Please contact the session chair well in advance of your session to clarify all details. 

Poster presentations
Supported poster format is ISO A0 with the dimensions: width = 841 mm x height = 1189 mm (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1"x 46.8"), in PORTRAIT orientation
(The poster stands support even slightly larger posters: 92 cm x 146 cm)
